Growthus Tec PVT LTD ("Growthus", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit growthustec.com (the "Website"), submit the contact form, or apply for a job with us.

By using the Website you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or submit any information through it.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect information you choose to provide. Depending on which form you use, we may collect:

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, message.
  • Careers form: name, email address, mobile number, current location, position applied for, current company, total years of experience, current and expected CTC, notice period, skills, interview preferences, willingness to relocate, willingness to work from office, details of other offers, reason for change, cover note, and your resume (PDF/DOC/DOCX).
  • Automatically collected: IP address, browser user-agent and submission timestamp, recorded for fraud-prevention and security logging only.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this Website. The only cookies set are those Laravel needs for session management and CSRF protection.

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry submitted via the contact form.
  • To assess your job application, contact you for interviews and maintain a record of applicants.
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), and any record-keeping obligations.
  • To detect, investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submit a form on the Website.

4. How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from receipt, then deleted.
  • Job applications and resumes: up to 24 months from receipt, after which they are deleted unless you have joined us or asked us to keep your record on file.
  • Server access logs (IP, user-agent): up to 90 days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Authorised employees of Growthus Tec PVT LTD who need it to respond to your enquiry or assess your application.
  • Service providers acting on our behalf — currently our email provider (Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy Email) and our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, EC2) — strictly to deliver and store communications on our behalf.
  • Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

6. How we protect it

  • The Website is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
  • Resumes are stored in a private (non-public) directory on our server and are not accessible via the internet.
  • Access to applicant data is restricted to authorised personnel.
  • We perform routine security updates on the underlying server and application framework.

No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDPA and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Withdraw the consent you gave when submitting a form, at any time.
  • Lodge a grievance with our Grievance Officer (details below) or with the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

This Website and our services are not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Cross-border transfers

Our servers and email systems may process data in regions outside India (e.g. AWS data centres and Microsoft 365 regions). By submitting a form you consent to such transfers, subject to safeguards required by Indian law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
